THE HOUSE

This charming farmhouse sits in a secluded elevated location amongst the rolling hills of the south Correze, near the Dordogne River.

 

Sleeping up to seven, with four bedrooms over two floors, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen, Naudoux is an extremely comfortable and special ‘home from home’ for all of the family. Please note that the two ground floor bedroom are only accessible from the garden. 

 

The beautiful salt/sand swimming pool is a perfect place to relax or read a book with far reaching views. Next to the pool there is a wise old walnut tree under which one can enjoy shade on a hot summers day.

 

You can also happily spend your time on the spacious and open verandah on the first floor overlooking the pool and terraced gardens below. This wonderful space shields you from the heat of the sun and all weathers as you look out onto the fields  and the gliding birds of prey in the distance.  Mealtimes can be enjoyed either on this comfortable verandah or under the shade of the spreading tree below.

 

There is entertainment for all ages with a good selection of games and DVD’s, a ping pong table and TV with Netflix.

 

Unfortunately, as there are steps to access the verandah and downstairs bedrooms, Naudoux is unsuitable for wheelchair users.
